Mission StatementThe mission of The Eye Concern, Inc. is to provide those in need of ocular prosthetics with a quality product that fits well, provides optimal cosmesis, comfort and security, and that blends naturally with the patient's anatomy. We strive to produce prosthetics that have the appearance of "living tissue". It is our desire that every person who engages Eye Concern will have a pleasing, comfortable, and memorable experience. |

![]() John L. Hadlock Received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 from Brigham Young University. He has had extensive training in anatomy and art through University, Apprenticeship and Associate courses, many of which were provided by the American Society of Ocularists. John is a Board Approved Diplomate Ocularist and Fellow of the ASO having over 30 years of experience in the field of Ocularistry. John and his wife Joelyn reside in Mesa, Arizona with their 7 children and their families. |
![]() Starla Hadlock Allen Diplomate member of the American Society of Ocularists, Starla received her BA from Brigham Young University and has completed her apprenticeship with her father, John, in 2007 and continues to work with the Eye Concern team. She and her husband and son reside in Mesa, Arizona. |
Karen With 26 years experience, Karen completed her training at M.D. Anderson Hospital & Tumor Institute in Houston, TX in 1979. |
